Our Background

Our origins started in a small unit in Markham in 1998, since then Five Star has seen growth in all areas. Beginning in a 2000 sq. ft. facility with 2 staff members, Five Star now enjoys facilities in Canada and Mexico supplying tooling, stamped metal parts and assemblies to their respected markets. We hold ourselves up to the highest of standards, and have received our IATF 16949 certification in 2018. We have an immense amount of knowledge from years of experience as a Manufacturing Company, and continue to expand our practices each and every day. We supply parts to Mexico, throughout the USA and Canada with a variety of innovative products, created with the greatest degree of precision and cost effectiveness.

Our management team brings together experience from multiple areas of today's vehicles including Powertrain, Suspension, Interior, eDrive systems as well as BIW Structural, just to name a few.

Our machine park includes high quality presses from AIDA and SEYI. Welding capabilities include 5 resistance welders with LVDT real time verification, as well as a proof load tester with serialization to ensure our weldments are 100% inspected as per safety requirements.

Our quality lab includes a state of the art ZEISS CMM for our daily inspections and part layout reports.
